Below are my Photography Session Terms and Conditions - please read these thoroughly. To book a Photography Session, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the following Terms and Conditions “the photographer” shall mean Coralie Bodley trading as Coraliebee Limited. “The client(s)” shall be the person on the Questionnaire and Booking Form. These terms and conditions cannot be varied in any way by the client(s) unless such conditions are expressly agreed by the photographer in writing.
Copyright of all images created is assigned to Coraliebee Limited and remains the property of the photographer. On payment for the provided service, the client purchases the license to use the copyright images off the photographer.
After payment for the provided service, the customer is authorised to use the delivered pictures for replication, printing for personal use only.
WEBSITE DISPLAY & PROMOTIONAL USAGE
The photographer is authorised to display any photograph covered by this contract to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites (including Facebook), sample albums etc.
Photography session size limitations
A photography session is limited to one family unit only: parent/parents with child/children. If you wish to include grandparents or other family members/family units you will need to purchase an extended family session at a cost of $400.
Personal Accident - Any directions issued to clients during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at the persons own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.
The Photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed, the location used and digital retouching. The photographers judgement regarding the locations, poses and number of photographs taken shall be deemed to be correct.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND IMAGES
All hard copy photographs supplied by the photographer are produced to the highest standards using the best quality materials and latest processing techniques. However, all photographs will, in time, fade. This is particularly true if they are left in bright sunlight and are not behind glass. The photographer cannot accept any responsibility for this gradual image deterioration. All pictures purchased are presumed to have been received in good condition unless the client notifies the photographer in writing of any discrepancy or error within 14 days of receipt.
Payment for Photography Sessions must be completed before the date of the Photography Session. Payment secures the booking.
Act of god
In the event of disastrous weather or serious illness, where your photographer is physically not able to photograph on the day planned, the Photography Session will be re-scheduled at an agreed upon date.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made up to a week prior to the date of the Photography Session will receive a complete refund. Last minute cancellations (within the week prior to the Photography Session) will receive a 50% refund. Re-scheduling dates will incur no costs.
It is important that the client backs up their images. Final files will however be kept in storage, but after a period of 6 months the photographer may charge to recover them.
The photographer reserves the right to amend these Photography Session Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
